President Villas
President villas are 3 luxuriously decorated villas, two of which are located in the first row by the sea, while the third villa is located in the second row. Each villa is two-story, and consists of three bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have their own private bathroom and one bathroom in the common corridor. There is also a storage room on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and laundry room. The interior of the rooms is carefully designed and decorated with the most modern furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Parking spaces and private garages are provided in the immediate vicinity of the villas.
Pool and terrace
Each villa features a terrace with a sliding glass wall that gives you a direct view and gives a feeling of connection with the sea. And the beautifully illuminated pool will make your stay an unforgettable experience.
Garden
The garden is located in a beautiful setting where a dream vacation turns into reality. Surrounded by palm trees and the scent of the sea, you have the opportunity to enjoy all the charms of Dalmatia.
Kitchen
The ground floor has a modern kitchen with a dining area containing 6 seats. The kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment from toaster, stove, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and complete kitchen utensils.
Bedroom
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds with satin linen and a modern bathroom. The rooms are designed for perfect luxury and decorated with a lot of care. The details create a warm atmosphere, so you will feel at home. Each room is air-conditioned, with the most modern SAT TV, netflix, safe and free internet. We have thought of the smallest, and if necessary, a cot for babies or an additional extra bed is at your disposal.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are modernly equipped with a shower cabin and complete toiletries made up of towels, shampoos, soaps, body lotions, hair dryers and towels for the pool and beach.
